The reconfiguration and extension of a family home in South Queensferry was needed in order to increase floor space and improve spaces. A single storey minimal dual pitched black extension to the rear hosts a new kitchen and dining space with large folding sliding doors directly on to the garden. Internally at ground floor the new space opens up to a snug and lounge, with a new shower room accessed from the entrance hall. Building warrant received Spring 2023.
