Designer Note: This 2nd Edition of Ultramodern5 includes revised rules from the original and adds races, one new ladder, two new classes, many more weapons and armors, revised vehicles, new monsters, and an entirely new set of rules for spellcasting (techno-magic) and mecha construction.
