The Young and the Restless

The Shepherd Academy is a place of learning where young Metas learn basic education, as well as train to control and use their powers. This school is open to public view; a place that proves to humanity that Metas are not to be feared.

This is class four:

• Echo (PL 6+): A Meta who duplicates the powers of others.
• Firecracker (PL 8): An energy controller who produces colorful explosions.
• Shedder (PL 6+): A shapeshifter who can take on various elemental humanoid forms.

And,

• Star Angel (PL 10): A tough, alien polyglot, who flies and has an eidetic memory.
