Cursed to roam the seas eternally, Bloodfiend is the name of a near-immortal cursed shark (Creature 16) whose fury is only matched by its eternal hunger. Centuries ago Bloodfiend was nothing remarkable, simple a shark prowling the deeps but, as the legend goes they ate a king who fell off their boat during a great storm. This king was the son of a god so Bloodfiend was cursed to suffer in eternal agony until the world ends. It has become the stuff of legends among fishermen and has developed a taste for the flesh of a nobility. It has been the target of countless quests, hunts, and labors but none have slain it yet.
