Heroes of the Maze

Macrotaur are children of Earth and stone, an ancient race of stone-born protectors and soldiers. Macrotaurs have protected the sacred spaces of the great subterranean cities for as long as the Dwarves have recorded their history.

The two races share ancient bonds of friendship and mutual aid. Macrotaurs are welcome in Dwarven city-fortresses and Dwarves are an equally common sight in Macrotaur holds. The alliance between the two races has allowed the Macrotaurs to evolve past the savagery and brutality that still traps their lesser cousins, the Minotaurs.
